Our rapidly growing construction and project management arm of the business serves as an end-to-end building contractor for developers. At Green Construction we understand the importance of delivering on time and within budget to maximise the full development potential and return on investment of any project.
Once appointed, Green Construction have an full in house service that uses a trusted and experienced team to deliver every step of the build phase from ground works through to the final finishes. We rely heavily on our longstanding project managers to work closely with clients from the outset; they ensure the smooth running of our build programmes and budgets, being the first point of contact on the job.
In terms of our trades, we have reliable and experienced teams that have been with us for many years. Our individual trades know the high quality of finish we expected and working alongside each other regularly, enabling us to be operationally efficient with consistent results.
Green Construction have worked across various different types of project, from individual residences to larger developments, each time delivering a finish that we would happily call home ourselves. Green Interiors are unique in that we directly employ a full set of trades, including project managers, technical designers, builders and M&E specialists. This enables us to have expertise on hand, which not only negates costly and unnecessary specialist consultants, but retains control, reduces the programme length and brings down costs.

Whilst we partner with excellent designers, we are also happy to work with existing schemes and external designers and architects. Either way, we understand how to bring designs to life, bridging the gap between design and build, whilst remaining focused and “on brief”.
We have a highly experienced, in-house team that manages every stage of our projects from the initial planning and budgeting phase to a delivered solution, retaining control of each detail along the way.
